The C&C railroad started on 1-17-2001 by acquiring 1.71 miles of track from the UP (ex-C&NW)

Right of Way

The 1.71 miles of track is located in an office, warehouse and dock facility at 317 W. Lake St. in Northlake, IL. The track connects with UP Global 2 Intermodal yard near milepost 3.0. The company is owned by Centerpoint Properties, L.L.C. (Centerpoint), and leased to The Custom Companies, Inc. (previously Custom Cartage, Inc.).
